By accessing or using Pixl Agent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pixl Agent provides an AI-powered platform that enables businesses to:

• Create and configure AI agents for customer communication
• Integrate with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Email, Web Chat)
• Manage leads and customer conversations
• Automate responses using templates and AI
• Analyze and process customer data

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Violate Meta, Google, or other platform policies

5. WhatsApp & Meta Integration

When using WhatsApp integration, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy
• Only send messages to users who have opted in
• Use approved message templates for business-initiated conversations
• Not use the service for prohibited content (spam, scams, etc.)
• Maintain accurate business information

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by Pixl Agent
• You retain ownership of content you upload or create
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

• We process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You have obtained necessary consents for data you provide
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws

8. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

9. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Meta, Google, etc.)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixl Agent from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend access for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases
• Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
